This section showcases my traditional jewellery making skills, including metal cutting, soldering, forming, and polishing. These fundamental techniques allow me to transform raw materials into refined, handcrafted pieces, highlighting precision, craftsmanship, and an understanding of traditional silversmithing methods.
Bracelet - "The Platform" (2020)
Necklace - "Wave" (2020)
Earrings - "Reimagined" (2019)
Brooch - "Cycle" (2020)
The inspiration of this brooch comes from Riddle of the Sphinx. "Which creature has one voice and yet becomes four-footed and two-footed and three-footed?” , which makes me think about not only the life of human beings, but also for everything in this world. Everything shows as a cycle. From beginning to end and to restart again and again, and it’s like common rules for the universe.
